Implement an integrated set of water conservation and habitat management projects throughout the Elephant Butte Irrigation District (EBID) service area, with a demonstration piping project in the Rincon Valley. Projects will strive to increase efficiency of water delivered to EBID water users, create opportunities to beneficially use captured stormwater, and enhance riparian habitat and water quality to benefit Southwestern willow flycatcher and/or yellow-billed cuckoo.
