Support senior undergraduate and professional school students for a 10 week summer period, with emphasis given outstanding students and students from under-represented groups in conservation. UVA will work closely with the science staff at NFWF to identify appropriate summer internship topics and professional mentors, and interns will be assigned a UVA faculty member to serve as a co-mentor. Interns will deliver two presentation updates at NFWF headquarters during the summer.
