Develop water right leases and water management agreements that work to augment stream flow and critical habitat for native trout species throughout the Upper Clark Fork River basin and Blackfoot River sub-basin. Project will reconnect key tributaries to their main stems and restore chronically dewatered stream reaches where the likelihood of significant fisheries benefits have been identified.
