Plan an emergency ingress and egress route and prepare to restore 73 acres of coastal wetland habitat in the Tillamook Bay estuary of Oregon. Project will complete the preliminary designs for restoration of critical habitat for recovery of the threatened Oregon Coast coho salmon and 17 other federal or state species of concern while maintaining a critical evacuation route for the community.
