We will create 1,000 acres of wetlands on the Texas coast and in the Texas coastal plain.
Our focus area is 18 counties which represents the bulk of the upper and middle Texas coast.
It is a focal point for migratory birds in North America.
The work will be concentrated on private lands that are protected through conservation easements and/or inside the national wildlife refuge acquisition boundaries.
