Remove existing permitted surface-water diversion for milk cow pasture irrigation along the mainstem of Rowdy Creek, a tributary of the Smith River. Project will replace current surface water diversion with a groundwater well designed to irrigate the 107 acres of adjacent pasture, restoring flows to Rowdy Creek during critical salmonid smolt migration periods in the spring and summer.
