Friends of Hakalau Forest National Wildlife Refuge will assist with a peer-to-peer conference with Friends organization from Alaska and from the Pacific Islands and the Pacific Coast. Project will focus on topics such as increasing capacity, enhancing communications between the public and refuge, and increasing volunteerism for the participating Friends organizations.
