NFWF Grant Profile

Complete the social and biological assessment of the types of disturbances that are the greatest threat to shorebirds and deliver sound guidelines for preventing disturbance, changing human behaviors that result in disturbance, and engaging communities. Project will work to manage people and their interactions with shorebirds such that shorebirds have access to the habitats they require at critical times of their life cycle, including breeding, migration stopover, and overwintering.
