Expand the “South Jersey Landscape Makeover Program” in the Kirkwood Cohansey Cluster of the Delaware River Watershed Initiative. Project will bring together a team of local organizations to provide homeowners, landowners and agricultural businesses rain garden rebates and funding to install green stormwater infrastructure for improved water quality in in six main focus areas of the Kirkwood Cohansey Aquifer.
