Evaluate 29 forest and wetland sites for long-term conservation, prioritize sites and plan for a corridor of high-value habitat, place 50 acres in permanent protection, and plant 1,500 square feet of riparian buffer. Project will build the capacity to conserve wetlands and forested riparian buffers in the Elizabeth River watershed, including establishing conservation of high-quality riparian corridors.
