Restore 0.5 acres of eroded shoreline along Monroe Bay by constructing a living shoreline with rock sills, sand fill, and wetland plantings to restore marsh habitat. Project will install oyster shell bag sills to maintain existing marsh fringe, partner with the Virginia Institute of Marine Science, and engage the community through volunteer installations of oyster bags.
