Host fishing events for military veterans and people living with disabilities, build an ADA-accessible fishing trail, and create an ADA parking space at Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge. Project will increase accessible facilities at the refuge, expand the number of fishing participants, and raise awareness of the Friends group.
