Develop vegetation classification maps and conduct a vegetation change analysis of the program area on Lana‘i using high-resolution spatial imagery, historical data, and on-the-ground samples. Project will inform land managers on areas of recent and rapid invasive species encroachment and inform priority locations for future Hawaiian petrel ('ua'u) habitat conservation and restoration efforts.
