Fund a full-time position to provide technical assistance to farmers and ranchers in southwest Kansas, coordinatoring between the Natural Resources Conservation Service and Pheasants Forever to provide support regarding grazing management and prescribed fire. Project will develop 100 habitat management plans, result in 5,000 acres of prescribed fire and deliver management plans and conservation practices to improve management on 15,000 acres of private lands.
