Facilitate a central collection bin for obsolete and derelict lobstering gear in the Town of South Thomaston, Maine, home to approximately 3,000 lobster harvesters. Project will recycle 55 tons of lobstering gear, including line, buoys, bait bags and plastic-coated metal traps, as well as gear from ground fishing, scalloping and clamming.
