Project will create a blueprint for completing the transformation of the lower Christina and Brandywine Rivers in Wilmington into healthy river ecosystems by devloping a set of recommended strategies and actions for managing and restoring riverine areas to maximize water quality, habitat and recreational values to guide future development, restoration and management of riverfront areas
