Restore and enhance hydrologic function of Logan Springs meadow in Lassen National Forest to improve habitat conditions, channel stability, and vegetation support near a larger forest health project aiming reduce the incidence of high intensity wildfire. Project will fill degraded channels, remove railroad grades and berms, construct design features to capture sediment and minimize erosion, and develop a grade control structure to dissipate energy into the lower portion of the meadow.
