NFWF Grant Profile

Develop the Lower Klamath/Lost River Stewardship Agreement to address the regulatory goals and objectives outlined in California’s and Oregon’s respective total maximum daily loads (TMDLs). Project will support development of solutions for ongoing water issues to help conserve and ensure allocations of water to fish and wildlife as well as affected irrigation districts. The intended outcome will be improved water quality and a maximized coverage area for all beneficial uses.
