Replace culverts with improved structures using concepts of stream simulation design designed to span bankfull width, maintain channel morphology, and allow for aquatic organism passage. Project will improve aquatic organism passage at three road-stream crossings within the Sturgeon, Tahquamenon and Whitefish Watersheds, and improve connectivity to over 20 miles of high-quality cold-water habitat.
