Strengthen the partnership of four organizations in Delaware and Montgomery County, Pennsylvania by combining several programs together under one umbrella program, Growing Greener Communities. Project will streamline stormwater work and increase the partners’ capacity to respond to increasing requests within their service areas while building technical tools and resources for other organizations and communities to replicate it.
