Remove the Spring Garden Dam in Neshaminy Creek in partnership with the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources. Project will remove a priority barrier to aquatic organism passage on a waterway designated for migratory fish and restore this reach of Neshaminy Creek to free-flowing conditions, eliminate a public safety hazard, and enhance water-related recreational opportunities in an increasingly urban locale.
