Develop designs and engage stakeholders for the restoration of historic floodplains and tidal marsh in the Yolo Bypass of the Sacramento River in California. Project will advance plans for a new sustainable floodway management regime using infrastructure and operations that mimic historic conditions of the area and benefit native salmonoids while supporting multiple existing land uses.
