Establish hands-on recreational programming, hire local youth, support increased public access on the previously-inaccessible Cooper River, and perform preliminary work restoring wild celery in Camden, New Jersey. Project will engage over 3,000 members of the Camden community, create job opportunities for local youth, collect baseline data for future fish habitat improvements, and support engagement through aquatic habitat restoration and community-based science.
