Scientific efforts will occur in the Hi-Line area of Montana (Valley Co.) where Sprague’s Pipit and Baird’s Sparrow are most abundant. The biologist/range ecologist will focus on Fergus, Petroleum and Garfield counties in central Montana where there are gaps in habitat delivery capacity.
