NFWF’s Non-Discrimination Statement

At the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation we pride ourselves on valuing every individual. We strive to create an inclusive environment where individuals are empowered to be themselves and to feel a true sense of belonging. We foster a culture of respect, and we do not tolerate disrespectful behavior or harassment. We value and celebrate diversity for many reasons. Bringing together a diverse group of employees, partners and stakeholders strengthens our ability to advance conservation goals in communities and landscapes across America. We will bring new parties to the table for conservation and build capacity where it is needed most, so that all communities can benefit from and contribute to our conservation mission. Our mission is important to everyone, and everyone is important to our mission!
