Employ 16 youth to help restore sites located at Beaver Dam Wash National Conservation Area and the Red Cliffs National Conservation Area, which are habitats for the endangered Mojave Desert Tortoise. Project will plant 1,000 native plants previously grown in a nursery, over 100 acres, to establish native seed sources for natural regeneration of the native plant community upon which the endangered desert tortoise relies.
