Conduct a 2-acre ecological restoration project to protect and enhance 650 ft of the Eno River, Neuse Watershed, as it flows along the town of Hillsborough’s Public Works Facility. Project will remove debris and impervious surfaces in a floodplain, establish 1.5-acres of riparian habitat and perform reforestation, invasive species removal and site monitoring.
