Document the status of Eastern brook trout populations in at least 20 streams in southwestern Pennsylvania that have never been assessed. The project will provide data to the state that will be used to designate, as appropriate, streams as a Class A wild trout stream, which indicates exceptional water quality and provides a higher level of protection from development activities.
