Advance wetland, riparian and coastal habitat restoration along a half-mile stretch of riverfront at Schuylkill River, the city’s only natural tidal wetlands. Project will provide community engagement, education and stewardship, including providing ten underserved youths with paid positions that involve water quality monitoring and stormwater management responsibilities.
