Improve water quality and Eastern brook trout habitat in Plum Creek on agricultural lands in Pennsylvania through the implementation of stream and wetland restoration, agricultural best management practices, riparian buffer restoration, and nutrient management planning. Project will result in reduced agricultural non-point source pollution, restored high quality aquatic habitat, and targeted technical assistance to landowners.
