The project is to conduct an assessment of the current Seabird Protection Network (SPN) outreach activities. The assessment will result in recommendations for outreach programming for the Seabird Protection Network.
The scope of the project is based on the Goal Setting and Evaluation Planning conducted in January and February 2017. The overall scope includes:
• Conducting a preliminary assessment of the program
• Conducting new evaluation focusing on assessing the results of the outreach activities
• Analyzing the information collected above
• Preparing an evaluation report on the SPN program, including recommendations
Working with the staff of the Seabird Protection Network, Margaret Kadoyama will conduct the assessment of the current SPN outreach activities.
