NFWF Grant Profile

Oregon Water Resources Department will assist other Oregon grantees on water transactions in Oregon watersheds that are tributary to the Columbia River, by processing applications for allocations of conserved water, in-stream leases, and in-stream transfers and will also provide for continued monitoring of water transactions on the Lostine River. The project will protect water instream, and/or support projects to mitigate impacts of groundwater pumping on surface water.
