Build the capacity of three municipal entities and the Paxton Creek Watershed and Education Association through pollutant reduction calculations to the development of critera to prioritize thirteen potential sites for stream restoration.
Project will reduce credit calculation risks, analyze upland retrofits to enhance stream restoration performance, and work with watershed partners to prioritize the projects.
