Build Cecil County's capacity for outreach and education to municipal employees and county residents by enhancing and building on their existing efforts with a focus on improved water quality and overall Chesapeake Bay Watershed health.
Project will develop an employee training program, create stormwater best management practice operation and maintenace guidelines, and enhance the Cecil County Watershed Stewards Academy program.
