Strengthen flow tracking and accounting methods in regions that have ecologically significant dry season instream flows that are less than 1 cubic foot per second. Project will include an experimental flume and field component, as well as an outreach and education component, to improve consistency among partners and increase probability of meeting regional ecological enhancement and recovery goals.
