NFWF Grant Profile

Remove 20 acres of invasive European bird cherry from the Campbell Creek watershed to provide impoved habitat and opportunities for urban youth and families to become better stewards of local natural resources through watershed education and hands-on restoration. Project will break down barriers for Anchorage’s diverse urban neighborhoods to access natural resources by helping address priority habitat restoration issues within the city limits.
