Engage 20 volunteers to restore approximately 2.6 acres of multifunctional forest buffer by planting 500 native riparian trees and shrubs along the North Fork of Pine Creek within the Allegheny County, Pennsylvania park of North Park. Project will support planting native species of riparian trees and shrubs to promote soil stability, filter nonpoint source pollutants, and reduce stormwater runoff and flooding.
