Gather streambed data to monitor and assess stream sites, remove trash and debris and invasive species, and plant native vegetation to protect 6.5 miles of stream banks and prevent erosion on the island of Oahu. Project will present findings at neighborhood meetings and aggregate and visualize data on online platforms to demonstrate effectiveness and support each of the seven neighborhoods that will submit designs for neighborhood-wide streambed restoration plans in a Community Design Challenge.
