Nature Conservancy of Canada will improve water quality, stream flow and temperature on Twelve Mile Creek near Hamilton, Ontario by removing impoundments from natural springs, restoring riparian habitat, and reinforcing a passage structure. Project will improve and protect critical stream and riparian habitat for brook trout on the headwaters of the last remaining cold water stream in the Niagara Peninsula.
