Cook County Soil and Water Conservation District will Reconstruct a road stream crossing and railroad crossing on Fredenberg Creek, a tributary to the Two Island River 1.5 miles from Lake Superior. Project will restore access to nearly two miles of high-quality coldwater habitat for brook trout and reduce sediment and phosphorus inputs into the waterway.
