Assist the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service in supporting Klamath Basin stakeholders in the completion of an accurate, comprehensive and prioritized Integrated Fisheries Restoration and Monitoring Plan, which will detail needs throughout the Klamath River Watershed, including its major tributaries.
