Conduct a feasibility study for potential water storage in the upper Klamath basin and the Lower Klamath National Wildlife Refuge to help inform future water management decisions. The study will assess the physical and regulatory feasibility of above and below ground water storage options to assist in the potential for instream flow augmentation with the primary purpose of potentially addressing instream needs for the federally listed aquatic species.
