Implement high priority restoration projects within the Guánica Bay sub watershed, building upon efforts to address recommended actions of the Guánica Bay/Río Loco Watershed Management Plan. Project will evaluate erosion control measure effectiveness, develop user-friendly erosion assessment and best practices design tools, and train interested groups in how to execute erosion mitigation plans based on proven cost-effective techniques.
