Develop a status and trends assessment framework and report card process to synthesize biological, physical, and socio-economic data from Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and the Florida Flower Garden Banks. Project will expand on previous investments to support a National Coral Reef Monitoring Plan through the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's Coral Reef Conservation Program.
