Undertake a geomorphic and biological evaluation of existing conditions of an 800-foot long, 4.5-acre reach of French Creek, a high-value coho salmon spawning and rearing cold-water tributary of the Scott River. Project will lead to a 100 percent restoration design and state permitting in order to enhance coho summer and winter rearing habitat.
