NFWF Grant Profile

Implement voluntary, cooperative, market-based instream flow transactions through the Columbia River basin in Oregon. Project will continue to implement existing instream flow agreements and work collaboratively with landowners to develop new instream flow transactions in critically de-watered streams with high habitat potential for salmonid species listed under the Endangered Species Act in an effort to meet instream flow targets.
