Complete preliminary design plans to restore 500 acres of San Gabriel River floodplain and 500 acres of Los Cerritos Wetlands estuarine habitat. Project will develop a restoration plan to breach or remove the existing flood control levee along the San Gabriel River to introduce tidal circulation into the restored wetland.
