Develop engineering designs to restore habitat and hydraulic function at Back River Creek and Pleasant Cove in Maine while providing protection to road and drinking water infrastructure. Project will conduct a feasibility study and assessment of conditions on the 140 acre marsh to evaluate which designs will have the greatest benefits for resilience of critical infrastructure to flooding from storm surge and projected sea level rise scenarios while also restoring salt marsh and fish passage.
