Reinvigorate the Elizabeth River Project partnership to further coordinated stormwater management and ecosystem restoration in Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth and Virginia Beach, Virginia. Project will establish a leadership roundtable and summit to formally adopt a new watershed action plan, explore regional financing options, and improve coordination of green infrastructure projects at a variety of scales.
