Increase the planning, design, and technical assistance capacity of Maryland's soil conservation districts, which provide services in agricultural and urban landscapes through consistent training. Project will increase the capacity for conservation planning and implementation in order to increase conservation and reach Maryland's Phase III Watershed Implementation Plan goals.
